Prayer Request

If you have a need, please know that God hears you when you pray.

James:4:3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may spend [it] in your pleasures. (NIV) says, "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. James:4:8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye doubleminded. (NIV) says, "Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded." James:5:13Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praise. says, "Is any among you afflicted? let him pray." James:5:16Confess therefore your sins one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The supplication of a righteous man availeth much in its working. (NIV) says, "The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."

Mark:11:22-26[22]And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.[23]Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it.[24]Therefore I say unto you, All things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.[25]And whensoever ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any one; that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.[26][But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your trespasses.] says. "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses."

Prayer

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; (Matthew:5:44but I say unto you, love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you;).

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is (Mark:13:33Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.).

Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you (Luke:6:28bless them that curse you, pray for them that despitefully use you.).

I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine (John:17:9I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for those whom thou hast given me; for they are thine:).

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (Romans:8:26And in like manner the Spirit also helpeth our infirmity: for we know not how to pray as we ought; but the Spirit himself maketh intercession for [us] with groanings which cannot be uttered;).

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; (Colossians:1:9For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray and make request for you, that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,).

Brethren, pray for us. (1Thessalonians 5:25).

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: (2Thessalonians 3:1).

Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly (Hebrews:13:18Pray for us: for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things.).
